About the Role:
Operation Support Inc is looking for a driven and people-focused Recruiter to join our team in City of Industry, CA! Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job postings
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and requisition data
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate timely updates to candidates and hiring teams
- Assist with offer negotiations, background checks, and pre-employment processes
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus
